resetting username on SQL Reporting server after domain acct pwd change..
priceless for me.. saved tens of hours of reinstallation.
rsconfig -c -s-d reportserver -a Windows -u -p MYDOMAIN\MYACCOUNT -p PASSWORD

also try: SQL Server Reporting Services configuration tool under All Programs -> SQL Server.
